My Beautiful Baby Girl!!

I know it has been a while since I posted anything, but things have been a little hectic around here. We are dealing with some colic, and now she has acid reflux. My poor baby is miserable, which sometimes lead to very little sleep for mom. She is gaining weight like a champ though. I took her to the doctor wednesday and she weighed 8 lbs. 6 1/2 oz. I have been at the doctor's office with her at least once a week since she was born. I guess that I am a little paranoid, but she always seems so miserable, and this is all new to me. I just want to make her better. Sometimes I feel like a failure as a mother, because aren't mom's supposed to be able to fix there baby's ailments. It seems like no matter what I try nothing seems to really work. Although right I am slouched down in this chair and she is fast asleep on my chest (it is really sweet). I guess that as long as I love her and I keep trying to figure out how to fix her problems, than I am doing just as good as most other first time moms.

You are 100% right!
She is BEAUTIFUL
and
You are going through what all first (and second and third...) time moms go through.
Keep up the good work, Mommy!
Finally! I am so happy to see some pictures of Isabella. She is too cute. Sarah, I promise you are not a failure as a mom. You are her WORLD and she loves you more than anyone in the world. (Yep, even Tony!) Can't wait till you are back at work!
Sarah...I feel your pain. CJ and I have been to visit Dr. Miller (Reece's doctor) 7 times and Reece is only 6 weeks old. He came home from the hospital with a staph infection...the bumps didn't show until 3 days after we were home so we know he got it from the nursery. He is doing great now and not suffering like your little darling Isabella. I am so sorry to hear she has colic and acid reflux that is so miserable. I hope she is better soon...she sure is beautiful. Good Luck and congratulations to all of you.
Sarah,
You are doing a wonderful job!! No one could have created such a cute little person!! Every baby and every mom are different; it takes some time to get in the grove of things. The two of you will find yours soon!! Isabella is so grateful for all the HARD work you do to ease her pain. She loves you so much; she still thinks you are still attached. However, you are now connected by a bond that only a mother and child can have. Welcome to motherhood, it is a wonderful thing, no matter how hard it gets!! I love you and am very proud to call you a fellow MOTHER and my BEST FRIEND!!
Love you,
she is beautiful sarah!
